2011-2012 Registration - You may register after May 1, 2011

All players MUST register at www.usahockey.com prior to DAHA registration.
Click on Players and then Register Online, cost $40. $10 of this goes to MN Hockey fees and $30 goes to USA Hockey fees. You must pay by credit/debit card. (Mites born in 2005 and after are exempt from these fees, but must still register online.)
Download your confimation page with your confirmation number and bring it to one of the DAHA's scheduled registration dates, or email your confirmation prior to daha@duluthhockey.com. For assistance with registration please check Registration Guidlines.


DAHA REGISTRATION

(Sun) September 18th, 2011 12:00pm-4:00pm

(Tues) September 20th, 2011 5:00pm-8:00pm

Fees:
-$90 Fundraising Calendar Fee per player (max of $180 per family)
-DAHA Fees, ranging from $25-$100, are dependent on players level.
There will be a $50 try-out fee for PeeWee and Bantam age players.
There is a $25 discount for attending one of the scheduled registrations.
*If you can not attend one of the registrations, you may register at the DAHA Office in the Heritage Center, Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
