2011-2012 Registration
All players MUST register at www.usahockey.com prior to DAHA registration.
Click on Players and then Register Online.
Players will pay $10 MN Hockey fee and $30 USA Hockey fee at this time with a credit card.(Mites born in 2005 and after are exempt from these fees, but must still register online.)
Bring your printed Registration Confirmation to one of DAHA's scheduled registration dates.

(Tues) September 20th, 2011 5:00pm-8:00pm

Fees:
-$90 Fundraising Calendar Fee per player (max of $180 per family)
-DAHA Fees range from $25-$100 and depend on player's level.
There is a $50 try-out fee for PeeWee and Bantam age players.
There is a $25 discount for attending one of the scheduled registrations.
*If you can not attend one of the registrations, you may register at the DAHA Office in the Heritage Center Monday-Friday 10am-5pm.
