Congratulations to the Piedmont Squirt B Team for finishing 3rd Place this weekend in Superior!! 

Board Positions Open!!  We need your help.  New members, new ideas, new blood.  There are a few open positions on the Piedmont Hockey Board.  We are looking for some parents from the younger families to step up and be a part of our wonderful organization.  Open Positions include: President, Vice President, Concessions, Facilities, and several at large positions.  We want your ideas and your support.  Please feel free to attend any meeting.  The board meets the 3rd Sunday of every month @ 6:00 PM @ the Community Club. 




Jacket & hat orders are in!!      Check the concession!!

PRESS RELEASE
On Wednesday, January 9, 2008 Sergeant 1st class Matthew Pionk was killed in action in Iraq. Matt leaves behind his wife Melanie and three children - Dillon, 8, Ashley, 6 and Brandon, 3. Matt was a native of Oliver, WI and had recently bought a home in Eveleth, MN where Dillon is currently playing mite hockey.

Anyone in the hockey community or general public wishing to help the family can send donations to the “Matt Pionk Memorial Trust” to Pioneer National Bank, 331 North Central Avenue, Duluth, MN 55807.

We skate and live without fear due to soldiers like Matt. This is an opportunity for us to come together and show our appreciation, allowing his children to skate or enjoy other activities at minimal cost for as long as they wish.
