The Duluth Heights Hockey Association and the Bauers Fund Committee. All proceeds raised at the event will be used towards promoting yourth hockey and helping to fund the scholarship in Dennin Bauers’ name. This scholarship fund was established to help hockey players from the Duluth area who are advancing into the Lakers Hockey Association and the Central/Denfeld High School teams with financial aid to help pay for their costs associated with playing hockey.
One of Dennin’s main goals as a hockey parent/coach/board member was that all kids should be able to continue to play hockey as long as they want and not be limited by the costs associated with it. DHHA supports this goal and has established this scholarship fund to continue this goal in Dennin’s memory.
