All Coaches Mites to Jr. Gold need to register with DAHA to be a coach.

All coaches must complete the DAHA Coaches Registration form so that we have all of you information that we need to confirm / check on your credentials to get your team rostered with USA Hockey PRIOR to participating with your team or being placed on a roster.
