a. Self-assessed health screenings for COVID related symptoms must be done prior to arriving at the facility. Any players, coaches or spectators exhibiting symptoms or signs of an illness should not enter the facility. Health assessments should also be made by team managers prior to entry and congregation inside the facility.

b. Groups can enter 15 minutes or less before the ice time. Enter at ENTRANCE C. See map below. 

c. Players and coaches 11 and older must arrive dressed, except for helmets and skates. Goalies may dress in the arena in a location separate from people, in Dressing Pods. 

d. No Spectators allowed at practices. 

e. Equipment bags are strongly discouraged as they delay entry/exiting of users. Goalies may bring their bags due to the amount of equipment they need to apply. Bags must be kept in separate Dressing Pod locations – See DECC arena Map below for Pod locations. 

f. MASKS ARE REQUIRED upon entry to the facility for all people. Skaters may remove their masks as they enter the ice surface. Anyone not on the ice surface must be wearing a mask and comply with the State of MN Mask Guidelines.

g. Players must bring their own CLEARLY LABELED water bottles. 

h. Please exit up the stairs nearest your Pod so we don’t overlap groups on ice level. There will be wayfinding signs to and from each Pod. All users must exit the facility no later than 15 minutes after your ice time has ended. Masks must be worn as soon as skaters exit the ice and return to their pod. If a skater is waiting for a ride, please make your way back to Entrance C and give ample space for other traffic entering/exiting the facility.

b. Each player may have 2 spectators enter to watch the event if allowed by their team managers. The maximum occupancy in the DECC Arena is 125 spectators.

c. Concourse Level is open and physically distanced seating will be available on the north side of the building only. No seating is available other than on concourse level and spectators must not be on ice level.
