Games and Practices

We want to keep the rink open, follow the rules! Superior Rink Management has new guidelines set forth to dealing with COVID 19 and social distancing starting Thursday 10-1-20. With these changes we are asking all people that visit the rink to follow these rules.

Masks MUST be worn while inside the building, including on the ICE

1. All people entering the building age 5 and older MUST wear a mask.

2. Players and coaches MUST wear them while on the bench or on the ice.

3. Bubble mask are now approved if you cover the holes on the bottom.

4. Please make sure you arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your ice time. We will ask you to wait outside if you arrive early.

5. Enter the main doors and go to the lobby to get dressed.

6. There are currently no private areas for dressing or undressing.

7. Locker rooms and showers will not be available.

8. The lobby area will have chairs spaced appropriately for putting on equipment.

9. If your child needs help to tie their skates or getting dressed, please get dressed at home to help reduce the amount of people and time in the changing area.

10. Once dressed, put all your belongings in your bag and bring to the BENCH

11. If your child is too small to carry their own bag, parents hold on to it until session is over.

12. Once session is completed, take your bag and exit the ice via the south door. Chairs will be set up in a manner consistent with social distancing.

13. Leave the premises via the John Hack room.

14. Spectators will be allowed to watch sessions in the arena bleachers while wearing a mask and following other social distancing guidelines. Lobby will not be open for viewing.

15. Concessions will be open only during games and tournaments.

16. Dryland area is closed until further notice.

17. Please bring your own water bottles. The fountain near the locker-rooms will be available for filling purposes.

18. Other items while at the rink. a. No spitting on the floors. b. Anything left at the rink will be thrown away, NO lost and found. c. If you forget to bring equipment, we will not be able to provide replacement equipment to use. d. If you are sick in any way, stay home, if we notice that you are sick, we will ask you to leave.
